o create awareness regarding these incentives and opportunities, the Department of Science & Technology, Government of Gujarat, is organizing a live informative session on 02-04-2025 and on the first Wednesday of every month from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM through the Vande Gujarat channel of BISAG-N (also available on YouTube). The session will focus on explaining the benefits available under the Gujarat IT/ITeS Policy (2022-2027) for students, faculty members, startups, and incubators.

PARAKH unified Portal was launched on 7^th January 2022 by Secretary Higher Education, MoE-Government of India, for all AICTE approved institutes. Utilizing the PARAKH, social relevance goals will be identified and corrective measures be taken at appropriate level students and faculty members will improve their knowledge and strength in the field of creativity, reasoning, innovation, decision building in their core technical skills and higher order thinking skill.

It is requested that the Institutes, faculty members and Students will participate in AICTE Student Learning Assessment- (PARAKH) and assign the assessment to the students  for their better future and maximum utilization of this unique assessment portal.The registration can be done by institutions and individuals and can take the benefit up to the maximum possible extent.

Kindly note following points regarding placement fair being organized at Govt Polytechnic, Gandhinagar under Zone 1 Node 2   during 15/03/2022 to 16/03/2022 (detail schedule will be shared later).

1. Herewith is attached the attendance sheet of interested students who have given consent for participation in the placement fair. Kindly take print out of it and get it signed by present students on the allotted date.  

2.      Spot registration for students is attached herewith. Kindly bring a filled spot registration form with all the details of the student in hard copy at the time of fair. (Kindly bring a separate form for each spot registered student). Kindly get each spot registration form signed by TPO or student coordinator and stamp the form with a college round seal.

3. Kindly assign faculties as students coordinators as per guideline by KCG. TPO & faculty Co-ordinators will have to guide & manage students till completion of interview process. Faculty coordinators will have to remain present with their respective students in alloted class room till end of interview process. 

4.    Kindly share the student advisory given by KCG among   student participants. 

5.   If you want to bring any Industry on the spot (which is not registered on campus placement portal), kindly bring filled "industry spot registration form" attached herewith with all the details of the company. Also, send their details by 10/03/2022 on placementz1n2@gmail.com.

Request to ensure following arrangements for the campus process please.

1. Projector Connected to Laptop & Speaker System.
2. Microsoft Teams required for virtual interaction with central team( Links will be shared soon ).
3. Slide changer for presentation.
4. A4 Size Blank Papers for test.
5. One Conference room (5 seats) for test evaluation & shortlisting process.
6. Written test to be given with Blue pen only.
7. Students to bring their all their educational credential for verification if required.
